As a professional, I’ve dedicated my career to building resources, opportunities and equity for my community through dynamic, impactful programs.

As a consultant or program manager through my business, ALLIED SHORE SOLUTIONS, I bring that expertise and passion to the table, helping to find ways for your organization or initiative to create transformative change across diverse populations. Together, we’ll strategize solutions, build effective programs and implement comprehensive outreach efforts, bringing your resources to the people that need it most.

I’m currently taking on new clients, and am open to grant partnerships and project management consulting work. Let’s talk about what opportunities we can create for your community.

Equity Advisory Committee for the Town of Chestertown, (Committee Chairman)

With the support of the former mayor, I developed Chestertown Unites Against Racism, a comprehensive, 16-month program designed with three goals— to educate the community about its history pertaining to race relations, pursue legislative reforms that address systemic racism in the Town of Chestertown, and promote unity, equality, and inclusivity amongst all residents. I wrote this comprehensive plan to give a solution to the uprising of 2020 as a road map for community organizing and unification on a path toward equity.

H.O.Y.A.S College Preparation Intervention Program (CPIP)

Education is always something at the forefront of my work and I wanted to make sure that our public school system and students had a program that could help them in the process of higher education. In response, as CFO and Director of Transportation, I helped to develop a new program for 6th and 7th grade students from Kent County Middle School, “College Preparation Intervention Program” or CPIP, designed to help students build up their academic abilities and leadership skills, as they prepare for college and life after high school.

Kent County Food Pantry, Food Distribution & Outreach Consultant

It’s my professional goal to ensure resources reach segments of the community plagued with poverty and low access to resources. As a food distribution and community outreach consultant, I helped the Kent County Food Pantry connect with communities in Kent County isolated by location, access to transportation, physical mobility or other obstacles.

Reconnect for Life, Program Director, Bayside H.O.Y.A.S.

Reconnect for Life was developed as a bridge to help young adults start off their independent lives on the right foot. Designed to help youth between the ages of 16 and 24 break the cycle of poverty, unemployment and other factors that have defined them as “high risk,” the program finds youth in the target population, builds rapport with them, supports their growth and connects them to existing resources and opportunities.
